Single Coaching Session
$150
50 minutes sessions. This is avialable to existing clients that have completed a four session package.
Four Sessions Package
$500
Four 50 minute sessions and a 20 minute call in between sessions for follow up.
Coaching Groups
Groups of up to 6 people. Duration varies between 1 day-8 weeks, depending on the Group topic
Parent Support Groups
Difficulties communicating with children and partners, exhausting family dynamics, support group. Contact me for details
Teen Groups
Community building, processing worries about middle school and high school, friendships and strategies for coping with academic and social stress. Contact me for details
